Important Clinic Instructions
Whoever brings your pet
must follow these instructions.

1. Bring the correct cell phone
   You must bring your appointment registered cell phone with you to receive notifications.
    
2. Park close to us
   People who park far away from us may find their service delayed.
    
3. YOU AND YOUR PET MUST WAIT IN YOUR CAR
   During your 15 minute appointment block, we will come to your car and check you in. Early arrivals will not be helped before their appointment time.
    
4. Bring your cat in a double-door carrier
   ALL CATS must be in a double-door carrier, pillowcase, or laundry bag.
    
5. We request our clients wear a mask.
